Apply to clean, dry, relatively hair free skin on the upper arm, shoulder, hip or inner wrist. Wear for up to 24 hours and rotate placement daily.

How do the patches work?

Each patch delivers its ingredients through the skin using a controlled-release system.

Avoid areas with broken or irritated skin.

Can the patch come into contact with water?

The patches are designed to stay in place during normal daily activity and light perspiration.

Can I wear more than one patch at the same time?

Remove the patch and wash the area with warm water.

If irritation persists, discontinue use.

How do I remove the patch?

Soften the adhesive with warm, soapy water and slowly peel the patch away from the skin, starting from one corner.
Any slight residue can be wiped away with warm, soapy water or a light oil or moisturiser.
