How long should I wear it?

Where should I apply it?

Apply to clean, dry, relatively hair free skin on the upper arm, shoulder, hip or inner wrist. Wear for up to 24 hours and rotate placement daily.

How soon will I feel a difference?

Supportive effects can be felt from 1hr after application.

How do the patches work?

Each patch delivers its ingredients through the skin using a controlled-release system.

Where should I apply the patch?

Apply to any clean, dry, hair-free area such as the upper arm, shoulder, lower back or thigh.
Avoid areas with broken or irritated skin.
