How long should I wear it?

Where should I apply it?

Apply to clean, dry, relatively hair free skin on the upper arm, shoulder, hip or inner wrist. Wear for up to 24 hours and rotate placement daily.

When should I apply it?

• Ideally apply 1–2 hours before drinking
• Remove 24hrs after applying

How soon will I feel a difference?

Supportive effects can be felt from 1hr after application.

How do the patches work?

Each patch delivers its ingredients through the skin using a controlled-release system.
This allows gentle, steady absorption over several hours, offering consistent support without relying on digestion.

Where should I apply the patch?

Apply to any clean, dry, hair-free area such as the upper arm, shoulder, lower back or thigh.
Avoid areas with broken or irritated skin.

Are the patches suitable for sensitive skin?

Our patches use a gentle, hypoallergenic adhesive designed for comfortable daily wear.
If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test first.

Can the patch come into contact with water?

The patches are designed to stay in place during normal daily activity and light perspiration.
For best results, avoid long hot showers, saunas or heavy workouts while wearing one.

Can I wear more than one patch at the same time?

Yes, you can wear different patches together if needed.
Just avoid applying more than one of the same product at a time unless stated otherwise.

Are the patches vegan?

If irritation persists, discontinue use.

How do I remove the patch?

Soften the adhesive with warm, soapy water and slowly peel the patch away from the skin, starting from one corner.
Any slight residue can be wiped away with warm, soapy water or a light oil or moisturiser.
